Following tooth loss, dental implants offer the most advanced solution for replacing missing teeth. Before the procedure, a personal consultation and a 3D CBCT scan are performed to assess the available bone volume. The implant placement is carried out under local anesthesia and is completely painless. In most cases, the final tooth restoration can be placed on the implant 2–3 months after insertion.
Unlike traditional implant placement in long-standing gaps, immediate implantation allows us to insert the dental implant immediately after tooth extraction, placing it into the socket of the removed tooth along with a temporary crown. This method significantly improves the final aesthetic result and can reduce the overall treatment time by several months.
In cases of full or extensive tooth loss — even with severely atrophied jawbones — it is possible to place a fixed bridge supported by 4 to 6 implants (All-on-4, Safe on Four, Neoarch). These restorations are delivered within 24 hours of implant placement and can be loaded immediately.
